I'm also kinda new, and as suggested way above in the thread, I've been reading the forum for a few months.
So here's my whine :)

Whilst I agree that SP is not that important, and I'm having fun with my mere 2m SP, the argument of 'training all skills to LVL4 is good enough' does have some flaws.

At the moment, I'm focusing on mining, and for that, I'll be needing several LVL5 skills, before I can even train flying a mining barge; there are most likely more LVL5 requirements out there before you can train another skill.

This is not a big issue, but what it does lead up to is that older players -aka vets- can make much more ISK much faster than newbies. Loosing a BC for me is a big deal, but for a vet with decent mining skills or enough skills to solo 0.0, the price for a BC are a drop in a very big bucket.

I'm done now, just pointing out a flaw in the line of reasoning here with regards to LVL4 vs LVL5 skills. I'm quite happy as it is, and I'm looking forward to flying my big *ss mining barge and sucking in some ISK :)
